      Pros

      There are many opportunities to advance and learn if you are interested. Senior management is accessible and helpful. You aren’t expected to be perfect, just give it your best and you will be recognized. CEO is as down to earth as they come.

      Cons

      Sometimes difficult for smaller accounts to get company wide recognition.
