Shameful Work Life Balance

Free lunch every day at work is pretty nice

Cons

Units are so so understaffed. No work life balance. Such a joke to get 10 vacation day for first 4 years of employment. No culture and I know of no opportunities to grow for me or my team

I’ve been employed by R/A for short period of time, but within that time frame, I have been able to see why R/A is considered a leader in the industry by it’s clients and employees alike. I feel blessed to be a port of this team - this family. If you are searching through reviews because you’re wondering what it’s like to work for R/A, or because your trying to decide whether or not to work for R/A, the only thing that I can tell you is that I love my job. If I had known of R/A sooner, I would’ve tried to join their family earlier in my career.
