We have made significant inroads to provide more training, resources to our team members in continuing to evolve our culture of CARE that creates a workplace environment where all our associates have a sense of belonging.       Pros

      Great time to join the company from outside the organization. Salaries being offered to new hires are way above the industry average.

      Cons

      A large pay gap in relation to new hires with less experience versus seasoned existing employees exists. The inconsistency in pay is discouraging to say the least.
