They don't care

Pros

It is a job, it was work from home, flexible if an emergency comes up. Some of the leaders were nice and helpful

Cons

Pay is below mediocre (under $14/hr for a team leader) too much responsibility and stress for very little financial compensation. They do not pay you what you are worth. When people quit around you, instead of hiring someone new they just give that persons responsibilities to others, stressing out everyone else even more. Their only concern seems to be money , yet they do not care for their American workers. They'd rather give your job to someone overseas where the cost of living is pennies on the dollar.

Pros

No pros about this position

Cons

Communication and training consistency were major challenges. Training varied significantly depending on the supervisor, with different procedures being taught across teams. At times, leadership transitions occurred during critical periods, which further contributed to confusion and lack of continuity. As a result, some guidance later proved to be inaccurate, negatively impacting performance and compensation opportunities. The bonus and commission structure was difficult to navigate and appeared extremely challenging to achieve in practice. Criteria were not always clearly communicated upfront, and additional clarifications came late in the process, limiting the ability to make informed decisions about long-term viability or alternative opportunities. Operational issues also affected day-to-day work. System glitches, call routing and queue assignments did not always align with role expectations, which created inefficiencies and added strain. Overall, internal coordination, transparency, and consistency would benefit from improvement, particularly in a regulated and performance-driven environment.
