Pros

Work from home is a pro

Cons

Barely any training that actually helps in the job, quite the opposite actually, a lot of misinformation spread. The commission structure changes whenever they want any they can even apply it retroactively. No support from the dedicated channel, only 3 answers being, check this doc, check with your TL, or write on slack. KPI's are impossible to keep up with with the extra workload which you can't earn commission with is dumped in you and you basically have to start acting like customer service with no resources or training.
