Remote work. Worked with Centene Fidelis through Results and loved it.

Cons

Weekly meetings they have to give you 2 items to work on and i think they should focus on trainings instead

Great global reach, focused on driving PM% through all avenues. Consistently innovating at agent level to address common BPO issues

Cons

Domestic support team has become so remote, we are disconnected from each other. Central, consistent processes are either nonexistent or hard to find. Because employment in the US is far more costly than off or near-shore options, there's a constant sense of unease and fear of eventual cost-cutting.
