- Company with a lot of ambition and promise, healthy (and smart) growth watching the right metrics - Transparent leadership that encourages discovery, questions, and challenging ideas - Harnesses creativity encouraging employees to explore the product, push boundaries, and grow within the company

- Emphasis on in-office culture which is good for some but can be hard for others - Not a con but definitely still defining their journey with a very start-up feel
