no promotions and hires externally. job descriptions are not accurate and everyone is leaving. spend a lot on swag and company events and not on salaries. People only care about their reputations and no one else's.

Marketing is 2nd class citizen. Brand is not part of marketing team and are not pleasant to work with Ops runs the roost and undercuts marketing at every opportunity Marketing leadership has been a revolving door. This is where careers go to die. Be wary.
