Pros
The people in the analytics department are great and they know what they're doing. They respect your PTO and let your time be your time. It's a great environment, they're very flexible, but they get their work done in a timely manner. As for the company as a whole, I would say the CEO knows what he's doing and has a clear vision for the company. While things might not get organized in the best way possible, the general consensus is that they're moving in the right direction at all times
Cons
The rest of RevSpring often assumes the analytics department might be wrong and has them "recheck" things. It's somewhat annoying and gets old fast
