      Many mergers. Focus on healthcare vertical. Collection/Financial side needs more support.

      Pros

      Fully remote so all employees can be wherever within the USA, although small fraction of Warehouse employees do need to be on site in either Oaks, PA or Phoenix, AZ.

      Cons

      Very "clicky" management and a "Top-down" approach to leading the teams. Although the team I started with had a fabulous leader, once that person was gone, things just went downhill.
