Pros

Growing company that seems to have deep pockets to gobble up small companies to grow the bottom line.

Cons

Management is incredibly out of touch valuing the opinions of consultants over the people in the trenches who understand the business. There is no room for input, caution or experience if it does not fit into their Ill-conceived strategy. Been around some bad and inexperienced management teams before over the last few decades but this is by far the worst I have seen.
