I recently joined Revalize, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. Initially, I had reservations about joining the company due to the negative reviews I encountered. However, my experience has been nothing short of fantastic. The recruitment process was engaging and thorough, giving me a clear understanding of the company and its values. From my first interaction with the team, I felt welcomed and valued.

Cons

I understand that M&A processes are always challenging, but I believe that change management could be smoother and more communication across teams could be encouraged.

Quick pace, hands on the job, you can influence change substantially, kind, well educated and humble top management

Cons

Integration process is rather challenging, lot of changes, synergies are unpleasant to deal with (although a natural part of the path to growth)
