Pros

It's a decent place to build experience if you're just starting out in software. They train you in popular software tools and interview prep.

Cons

Exploitative 2-year contract. You get barely any PTO and make minimum wage for the entirety of training & while on bench waiting for clients. Managers & HR are non-communicative. You will be forced to relocate if requested by the client. You are told that the "software boot-camp" will give you 1+ years experience in the given software in just 8-12 weeks. My batch hardly spent more than a week covering any topic. Also you have to pay an exorbitant amount of money to break the contract before your 2 years is up.

Pros

The training was incredible whether you were new to developing or more seasoned. It is kind of one large cram session but if you have time to put in the work it can benefit you.

Cons

After training the staging process is absolutely trash. They also withhold information that may be necessary to you as a trainee. However different strokes for different folks I was never placed with a client due to economy shifts. I was one of the tops in my batch and my people/soft skills were legit all I had prior to this experience so I know that was not the reason I never received an interview. Lesson learned and many skills developed though so I'll take that as a win.
