Pros

- Flexible schedule - Work from home - Nice quarterly bonuses - Managers and supervisors are really nice and actually helpful. - The business is growing so there doesn’t seem to be a high risk of job cuts.

Cons

- Going from temp to full time employee you take a $1/hr pay cut. Not a huge thing but it makes a difference. - Wish the pay was a little more but there’s also a lot of room to move up as well

Flexibility, flex scheduling, some overtime, able to work Saturday

Cons

Extremely low pay even with experience, discrimination practices, poor training with high expectations with unrealistic work loads, no real opportunity for growth
