Pros

The long term employees care and work hard for the company, loyal to a company that it once was.

Cons

They’ve added an AI model that isn’t working and putting pressure on the employees to hit obtainable goals. They recently let go top management to cut corners, creating an unstable working environment. Some of those people had been with the company for over a decade. Three women ultimately run the company, bullying and calling the shots. Their best people have already left the company. As a long term employee, I am looking outside of the company too. An HR individual stated that the company is geared toward creating more flexibility for working parents, but what we’re seeing are remote workers that are hardly working. Add this and the uncertainty of the AI model, goals are not being met and the company’s future is questionable.

Pros

Flexible hours, decent benefits, 401k match

Cons

Horrible pay, no bonuses or recognition for attaining goals (why have a set goals if you get nothing in return?), no management on site, micromanaging nightmare. If you're looking for a job above fast food, here you go
