      Great people to work with, bonuses can be nice, work from home is great, flexible schedules.

      Cons

      Salaries could be better, it doesn’t seem like the salaries match the national average for the work done. Increases are ok but fluctuate each year and could be better.

      I wish I read reviews prior. I agree with the toxic culture and setting you up to fail. They do not care about employees or their mental health. They verbally and mentally abuse you. They report you to HR for things they never trained you or told you (example, you cannot check email if you're on lunch apparently!)
