Pros

Holidays is the only pro for this company.

Cons

The training is not where it should be, and they are more concerned with you meeting a quota every day. The training is not where it should be especially when all the trainers are not on the same page. One person will tell you to do a job a certain way and then the other will tell you to do it another way. then they grade you on the work performed, but the problem is if the person that’s grading the work does the job differently then they will give you a low score. I have never been terminated from a job and being terminated from such a low paying job was ridiculous. I have never received a horrible evaluation in my life, but for some reason with this job, I did I have done a Accounts Receivable work for over 15 years and that says a lot. I’ve always resigned from jobs and went to better opportunities. This job was beyond stressful but no training and management did not care. They lied and told me that they will reevaluate me in 30 days and the same week they call me through Microsoft Teams and terminated me this company does not care about anyone. They’re only concerned about their dollars. the quarterly bonuses aren’t worth it because they are so low you don’t even see a difference. They are always requesting that accounts receivable work overtime to meet numbers in every month we always surpassed previous years however a $300 bonus does not compensate for the hard work that all the employees committed. They only use their employees and pay them $15 per hour is not enough. Most people I know were working more than one job just to make ends meet.

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. It’s clear this experience was frustrating, and we take concerns like these seriously. The issues you raised around inconsistent training, unclear expectations, and how work is evaluated are especially important. Employees should receive structured, consistent guidance and be assessed against clearly defined and aligned standards. When that consistency isn’t there, it can create exactly the kind of confusion and frustration you described. Your feedback regarding performance management and communication is also concerning. Employees should feel that processes are fair, transparent, and handled with integrity. The experience you outlined does not reflect the standard we aim to uphold. Compensation, bonuses, and workload expectations are equally important areas. Feedback about pay not aligning with effort, as well as concerns around overtime and bonus structure, will be shared with leadership as part of ongoing evaluations of how we support and reward employees. We appreciate the experience you brought to the role and the effort you contributed. Input like yours helps identify where meaningful improvements are needed, particularly in training, consistency, and employee support.

We’re glad to hear that the work-from-home environment and flexibility have been positive aspects of your experience. At the same time, your concerns around pay increases and bonus levels are important and understood. Compensation should reflect both individual contributions and market competitiveness, and feedback like yours highlights the importance of continuing to evaluate how raises and bonuses are structured and communicated. Ensuring employees feel recognized and fairly rewarded for their work remains a key focus. We appreciate you taking the time to share your perspective, as it helps inform ongoing improvements.
