This feedback is helpful to hear. We’re glad the remote structure has supported a healthy work-life balance. We also recognize the frustration expressed around compensation, benefits, staffing levels, and leadership support. Concerns about morale and feeling valued are taken seriously, and this feedback is shared with leadership as part of ongoing discussions about retention, pay practices, and how we better support our teams. Thank you for being forthcoming about your experience.

Your perspective is appreciated. The flexibility and remote structure are important parts of the role, and we’re glad those have been positive for you. Your concerns about pay, training, and an overly numbers-driven experience are taken seriously. We’re continuing to evaluate how training is delivered and how performance is measured to better balance quality, support, and efficiency. Feedback like this helps guide those efforts, and we value you sharing it.
