Pros

I have been working with Revel IT for 2 years now and it has been an amazing experience. Pros of working at Revel- you are not micromanaged, great work/life balance, and very supportive internal team. The CEO (Randy Dean) truly wants to see everyone succeed and will help in any way he can.

Cons

This was my second job 5 month out of college and I had no IT background. There is no training or hand holding- it is simply sink or swim. If you are someone who needs a lot of guidance or structure this company would not be a fit for you.

Pros

I have worked here for about 8 years and have never had any issues. Management is always available to support you when you need them. They have good Benefits and are always finding ways for team collaboration and training.

Cons

I personally had no issues.

Pros

I have worked at a couple different agencies and this is by far the best! I am looking forward to seeing the growth in the coming years. I appreciate the opportunity to work remote and the flexibility that is allowed in this role. While this year has been a little slower, there is definitely opportunity to make a solid commission. There really isn't any hand holding and little training. You have to be able to structure and manage your day with little to no supervision.

Cons

It can get a bit competitive with the recruiters when things are slow. Revel has hired extremely talented and senior recruiters so sometimes it can seem hard to keep up. Most of the recruiters are team players and great to work with!
