lot of responsibilities to deal with with less supervision so you learn a lot.

Cons

no snacks :( and no performance appraisal.

Friendly employees/middle management. They took me to a movie. A gym (although you can't use it at lunch)? Not a lot of pros.

Cons

CEO is a major narcissist despite the fact his company is going down. Cameras everywhere. No direction. Layoffs are rampant. Not upfront with clients in order just to get business.

It's a good place for beginners, they give opportunity to junior developers and you have change to learn.

Cons

Old Fashion company, they watch you without you noticing, are strict with time.They do not like taking risk in the use of new technologies which makes you lose motivation.
