      Very chaotic, forget about your work-life balance

      Pros

      You can grow quickly career wise, but your mental health will suffer

      Cons

      Can be very chaotic, unorganised, you are constantly thrown into the deep, you don’t know what’s happening and you are expected to deal with it. This puts a lot of stress on you, you work long hours because in most roles one person does the job of 3, so you basically dedicate your life to the company from morning till dawn.

      Best team ever Great team building activities and corporate events Commissions

      Cons

      -No professional development, you are just a number -No skills development -No career path -Huge rotation -Some deified managers -No clear sales strategy -No product market fit. Product team takes TOO long to deliver results which makes the company inefficient -Very demanding targets according to the country -Overcrowded sales department -Toxic culture - Not competitive salary - No benefits -Not possible to take holidays -There is no communication between departments -Very very unsatisfied

      Pros

      Pay and benefits are reasonably competitive

      Cons

      Leadership is weak and lack experience. Consequently, no one has a clear direction and nobody knows exactly what anyone’s roles or responsibilities are. The culture can be quite toxic and you may not be recognised for the hard work you put in. This makes for very low job satisfaction and the high attrition.
