      The culture, it's toxic and demanding - for an app that is displaced in the market amongst better ones.

      Company leaves a lot to be desired

      Good Holidays Flexible working conditions including work abroad

      Cons

      Upper management seem disconnected from lower level employees Move the goalposts on targets, the way revenue is calculated regularly. Aggressive nature really effects less experienced reps flourishing. Sink or swim attitude HR sold a different picture during interviews.

      Horrible manager no understanding of anything no proper training provided Constantly changing KPI's and targets Toxic work enviroment within the team No culture whatsoever - was told there would be a great culture but it is a toxic No comission payout and bonuses Promised everything
