      there's only one: it looks good on your CV

      Cons

      - low salary, bonus is non existent - you do the job of an SDR and AE together but get paid nothing for it - targets are 90% based on luck - you are a number - everyone is so passive aggressive

      Impressive business, always improving

      Pros

      -training is very well organised -small training groups -very good instructors -transparent company (internally and externally)

      Cons

      -the laptop provided is not the best quality (and you can not choice Chromebook or MacBook) -not all internal platforms where available from Day 1, which effect training - pay is too low -too many different platforms used (should be reduced, or some sort of integration to make it easier, as it can get confused on what to use and when) -laptop was sent before the Day 1 email
