Pros

- smart and talented people in teams - room for impact left at this stage of growth

Cons

- very top-down, with no discovery or research required - hostile communication, team's don't collaborate - micromanagement expected at every level - churn in teams, constant reshuffles and changes - care about mental well-being is reflected only in perks and Slack posts

We’re constantly looking to ensure that we support the people who enable us to create great products and support our customers. We’ve taken a number of steps at Revolut to reduce the stigma around mental health and promote open and honest conversations so we can better support our people. We have dedicated mental health first aiders who are all certified by Mental Health at Work, and act as a first point of contact for our employees to talk about their mental health whenever they need to. We also have a great HR team with dedicated HR business partners who are there to support. Additionally, this year we offered our employees two additional paid wellbeing days. Each month, we share with the Revoluters network our wellbeing newsletter and webinars on topics requested by our employees through our engagement survey, providing them with actionable advice to support their mental health. The worst experience.

Pros

Good pay and remote work access.

Cons

Employees are treated very poorly and are terminated without any prior notice as such. TL's are always threatening about termination, no communication from the management. If an employee speaks about getting some topic/training to be clarified or taken up again as it wasn't up to the mark, the management doesn't listen and in turn suppresses the employee. They are biased and do not have any will to understand what the employee has to say. No work life balance, you will not be valued.

Remote Easy interview Colleagues are friendly

Cons

C level management totally out of touch with employees they have the biggest employee turnover I have ever seen. Everyone leaves or or fired do to the crazy objectives no one can reach. Middle line management , team leads have no idea what they are doing. Most employees are men
