Hello, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a 5 star rating - it's much appreciated! We strive to create an inspiring, supportive, friendly and fairly rewarded working environment for all our people - where everyone feels valued. We're glad you've found that to be true. We're thrilled seeing our Revoluters are satisfied with our flexible work policy that allows them to work from home/office or/and abroad. We still improve our L&D processes to be even better. By intently listening to our employees we've birthed new programs: Speed Mentoring, Yes You Can Program and just recently RevManager Hub. All the best!

Pros

1. Good salary 2. The project over all is challenging which makes the work enjoyable. 3. People respect you for your knowledge and work.

Cons

I work as a vendor support agent. Little to no attention is given to us by the management and they don't even consider us their employees. Opportunities which are available for external employees are massive as compared to the one at our side. The most we can go to is L2 and nothing else. Despite having good skills and working for a fairly long time or even for the agents working for a very long time they are not considered for important positions due to the lack of trust. We are made to work overtime even UpTo 12 hours and 7 days a week which leave us in a poor physical and mental stage. We have unrealistic KPIs and the one who doesn't perform are terminated.

Hi, thanks for your review. It's correct that we have contracts with external vendors and some of our processes are managed by them. The external employees are employed by vendors and their career paths are not in our hands. Schedules, holidays and other HR aspects of external employees are run by their employers. When signing contracts with vendors we carefully assess all companies making sure they act according to their local labour law, treat employees fairly and there is no discrimination. If you believe you are mistreated by your employer with working hours or conditions (external vendor that support Revolut with staff)| please contact us on employerbranding@revolut.com with more details and we will investigate this topic as this is very important to us. All the best!
