Pros

Remote Work from abroad 3 months of the year

Cons

Work here if you are happy to see your colleagues fired after 1 bad quarter despite being top sellers for the last six quarters. There is zero loyalty. Do NOT take this job if you have a serious career with prospects currently. Work here if you want to work for a company where work life balance is non existent and due to their shambolic internal procedures you'll be working 12-15 hours a day to barely scrape by. Work here if you want to work with a company who retains staff members who are incompetent at their job but as long as they have sexual/personal relations with management - they will keep their job. Work here if you want to work for a company who have the most laughable CRM in existence. 40% of your day will be spent checking if a lead or company exists, for it to tell you it doesn't because someone spelt a simple term the wrong way. Your colleagues who will be here for less than six months before they leave or are fired will send the most hopeless emails to ICP. Because Revolut hire people who are incompetent you will have to sift through accounts hoping and praying you get one which hasn't been sent 50 generic copy and paste emails in 3 months. Compliance will try and gaslight you that you said things that you never did and you will have to appeal all of your compliance fails and waste over 10 hours a week. Onboarding is a joke - you're supposed to be onboarding companies who generate high profit potential but will have to hold their hand through every process rather than them just send their details through and have it auto verified. It's a micky mouse money instutition positioning itself as "industry gold standard" The reason they are constantly hiring is because the place either drives you insane within six months or you get booted because you "didn't match the expectations" despite being told the reverse of that in the hiring process. In my time here I saw 75% of my training group leave or get fired within six months and so will you if you accept their offer. They have no proper sales process, you will be waiting WEEKS for staff to hand over accounts if you have found one you know personally. The system just exists to set you up to fail. Revolut work on a system of "we'll burn 90% of the staff and hope we can retain 10%" Hyper growth is what they will tell you. The reality is its a meat grinder exempt of any human element and people are not working 10 hours a day because they love their jobs. They're doing it out of fear. AVOID.

Pros

WFH Budget for equipment Multisport

Cons

Unclear expectations for the probation period. They were not clearly communicated. Expectation to be perfect analyst after only theory training. QC KPI that is unreachable unless you are lucky and they pick cases that were done correctly. They don't realise that a new employee needs time to accommodate - they will base their probation review on QC done at the beginning of independent work. They do not look at the progress the employee made. You may display the improvement but if the metrics are not in the range, they will fail your probation. If your manager is OOO, then manager that you have never seen in your life will conduct the probation review instead and they won't take into the account the feedback from trainers etc., they will pull up their excel spreadsheet and tell you that KPIs are not met and you failed. Their procedures are scattered on thousand different pages in the knowledge base which makes it hard to navigate especially when you are new and under stress. Speed over quality - as new joiners we were told not to focus on the speed, but on the quality. During the performance review they will tell you then that the KPI for cases/day is not met. You can have 90-100% decision accuracy but they still will fail you.
