Pros

Fully remote Nice perks Inspiring product

Cons

Management is plainly unprofessional. Sometimes rude in their ways of communicating. I have felt intimidated and treatened about “off boarding” if my KPI is not above 91%. I have been on the job less than a year. As many have said, the KPIs are insane. Education resources are lacking and sometimes obsolete. Most of the learning you have to do it by yourself while you go at it. Yet they expect you to achieve their unreasonable goals. Feedback for improvement is basically “do better”. The TL To achieve their goals, you must be childless, neurotypical and you mustn't have a day where you feel sick or bad. Rare from a company that prides themselves with giving work-life balance and being inclusive.

Pros

Potential to earn Good commission amount

Cons

Toxic working environment Hire / fire organisation Very poor management no support given despite struggling- obvious favouritism Robotic - copy and paste sales techniques no room for personalisation- aggressive campaigns- no room for personality at all- need to email / call aggressively- treats you like a number not a person. Will do everything possible to not pay commission- fail quality assurance (small stupid reason) the won’t pay you any commission that quarter. Not open and honest about anything in the interview stage!

Pros

-Sauna -Good people -Complimentary Metal card (albeit have to pay to get out of contract)

Cons

-Insufficient training period: 2-3 weeks of training while simultaneously meeting three KPIs limits effectiveness and development time. -Lack of holiday tolerance during probation: Any holiday taken during probation results in you not obtaining your KPI's -Activity over skills development: Training focuses solely on call volume metrics rather than sales techniques and competencies. -Inadequate mentorship: Buddy system lacks commitment, leaving new hires without consistent guidance during probation. -Poor CRM onboarding: Complex system provided with minimal training or explanation. -Inconsistent probation decisions: Managers have unilateral termination authority with limited organisational oversight. -Unsustainable growth: Sales team expansion has outpaced the department's training capacity.
