The work is just totally messed up. There is too much pressure to complete cases and increase productivity. The process is not streamlined. The KPIs that have been set up is absolutely rubbish and achievable only on the basis of luck. You can forget about the rat race for growth as the current race for this level is to pick easy cases. The management lacks understanding of how the show needs to be run. The management takes Zero accountability and gives no support what so ever. The standard responses would be to refer to the materials which is confusing and not straight to the point. The Managements attitude and Tone of Voice is unprofessional. I know of analysts struggling with 12-13 hours of work and stressed out due to poor management.
