Worst Company Culture

Pros

Good Salary is the only pro

Cons

1. Worst company culture 2. Worst method of performance evaluation: even if you are performing well adm achieving all of your KPIs, it wont matter since the calibration method is handled by top management (who might not even know you since you do not work with them directly) The calibration process is a total blackbox where even your manager cannot intervene or make any amendments basis your performance. 3. Very little to no regards for employee health 4. Absolutely no regards to your past performance, even if you were a top performer in all your previous cycles but your project is not important in this cycle, you would be rated in the bottom and at time might be asked to go on PIP as well PS: they have a policy to rate a minimum to 10% of the employees in a team mandatorily per cycle, so someone or the other will have to become a scapegoat

Your feedback about the evaluation process is important, and we take it seriously as we seek to enhance our systems. We also understand the significance of employee health and wellbeing. We are committed to creating an environment where our team members can thrive. Thank you again for your feedback, and we wish you all the best in your future endeavours.

Pros

Pay is good but not proportional to workload.

Cons

Toxic management, people have risen through the ranks with limited experience. Had a line manager who didn’t understand compliance and had to spend a long time arguing my points.

Pros

Work from home: The only positive aspect is that the job is fully remote, which provides some flexibility.

Cons

1. Unrealistic KPIs: The key performance indicators set by the company are nearly impossible to achieve, which creates a lot of unnecessary pressure. 2. Overload of work: The workload is overwhelming, making it hard to maintain a healthy work-life balance. 3. Poor leave policy: The company’s leave policy is very restrictive, offering little room for personal time or recovery. 4. Rotational shifts and Week-offs: Rotational shifts and week-offs every month and week disrupt routine and make it difficult to manage personal and family time.
