Great product and opportunity to make good money. Remote work if you like that.

Cons

Ruthless and high pressure role. Your only as good as your last quarter and previous performance is not taken into account.

Work from home is the only prod which I can think of

Revolut has set an unrealistic target of 135 tickets per day for its Indian employees, which is nearly impossible to achieve without extending shifts by at least half an hour daily. Whenever employees raise concerns, management only offers vague assurances that "we will discuss this," but no action is taken. It appears these unattainable targets are designed to prevent employees from earning incentives, and even if targets are met, management often finds reasons to deduct them. I strongly advise anyone considering joining Revolut not to, and I believe HR and senior management from other countries should directly engage with support specialists in India to understand the reality of the situation. People like Sandeep Rabiya should resign!
