Pros

Lots of support for professional development and career opportunities within my field. I have lots of autonomy and exposure to work with other departments and my manager treats me like an adult, allowing me to do my job flexibly and without micromanagement. Great, extensive benefits and pay and a great culture both in office and when working from home.

Cons

Some internal processes can be quite inflexible however still work.
