Pros

Worked with a great group of people, some of whom will be lifelong friends. Great office space in downtown Chicago near the commuter train & "L" stations. Employee discount for dining at client restaurants was a nice perk.

Cons

Senior leadership (aka the entire C-suite) is a mess. Not sure if they just lack direction or have chosen a poor one but the company is suffering because of it. Pricing is too high, benefit to the restaurants is too low, the technology is behind the times and a lot of new competition that is eating into the business.

Pros

* A much stronger, collaborative, and transparent leadership team * Fun environment with many special events at corporate (a few recent examples - free catered breakfast, cookie exchange, Fat Tuesday celebration, Cinco de Mayo Margarita party) * Competitive pay and benefits, and love the dining reimbursement program

Cons

* Some team members are clearly disengaged and trying to take everyone else down with them. A few of the reviews posted on this site are so ridiculous! People need to stop hiding behind anonymous websites and productively share their concerns so they can be addressed in a professional and effective manner. If you are really that miserable, and don't want to be part of the solution, then quit! Eventually you'll grow up and realize that the grass isn't always greener on the other side. As our CEO has said many times before, "don't talk about it, be about it!"
