Pros

Super nice people, willing to train a new AE. Up front and honest, everyone has a different tip or success story they are willing to share. I thought that was so cool. Also, the caliber of people in my training class was way above your average team.

Cons

the field trainers (i.e. sales team) were awesome; learning that they received absolutely no compensation and no relief off of their goals for training you to compete in their own back yard was shocking; and senseless! Just read between the lines on this one. My story was unique, I'll leave it at that. My manager bad mouthed the hell out of her superior on a regular basis. Confused the hell out of everyone.
