Pros

fun industry, selling to entreprenuers and meeting with decision makers, relatively short sales cycle, work from home with flexible hours

Cons

horrible company culture, very low morale, out of touch executive team, little to no communication to employees, top people have left and are now competing against the company, decision making authority held by a select few, and they cant make a decision.

Pros

--casual dress --flexible schedule, can work from home --eating out at various restaurants (but you can do that in lots of other industries as well)

Cons

CEO is out of touch, management is confused and all over the place, employees are a revolving door, most are not happy, employees are threatened and abused, outdated product to sell that is too expensive, suprised the company is still in business.

Pros

If you have an established account base the money is ok. The schedule is great. If you have a good appointment setter, this is a real plus.

Cons

Selling to non-business men, independent owners of restaurants. Company has no name recognition even with 28 years in business. Management communicates goals but does not manage to those goals until they feel like it.
