Pros

Networking with Restauranteurs Somewhat independent workplace

Cons

Management has no clue how to drive the business, run operations and build the business. The company has a horrible reputation so good luck getting into good clients. Even if you work hard and sell, you will never be rewarded unless you have a relationship with your boss outside of work.

Pros

If you have an established account base the money is ok. The schedule is great. If you have a good appointment setter, this is a real plus.

Cons

Selling to non-business men, independent owners of restaurants. Company has no name recognition even with 28 years in business. Management communicates goals but does not manage to those goals until they feel like it.
