Pros

Flexible work from home office, and make your own schedule, but you better deliver results or your ass is grass

Cons

High pressure micro management, unhappy customers that don't understand the cost of true marketing and constantly want to cancel agreements. What used to be a great paying sales job has turned into a with hunt for numbers. High paid senior managers are almost gone, now it's time for them to start replacing all high earners with rookies

Pros

Home office. Salary plus commission. Some flexibility.

Cons

No continuity. New policies and changes every few months. Focus is completely on new business. No real value placed upon client retention. Account base is limited since the program is specific to the restaurant community. Overall expectations are not tailored to the size or demographics of the city.
