Not A Good Expeirience

Pros

Good Compensation, expense reimbursement and benefits.

Cons

The worst Sr. Leadership I have ever worked for. Completely disorganized, showed favoritism, not much leadership skills as far as the sales team, no direction, outlandish goals.

Pros

I had a great experience at RN! Environment/culture was awesome - lots of events and town halls to keep morale up and make sure everyone was informed of what was going on. I absolutely loved the people I worked with. Lots of collaboration and hard work, but we also had a good time.

Cons

Started off a little shaky with layoffs and uncertainty (that was a long time ago), but it resulted in great changes with upper management and everything really turned around for the better because of it.
