You are not valued at all as an employee. Although you get PTO it’s very hard to take a day off. Training is non existent if you think you will be trained before you start a job you can forget about it, you are expected to know everything on the first day. There is no opportunity here if you’re not friends with everyone, and if you’re not like you are not getting promoted. Many employees say it use to be better but I can’t really tell because my experience has been horrible, please look for another company Covanta is a sinking hole.
