      Pros

      Nothing really, no drive to enhance. Poor management, the new CIO is biased. Wants to bring all versum staff, doesn’t communicate, has a filthy attitude and talks about his previous company and role way too much. The new cio doesn’t even know who the key players are or Have made no effort.

      Pros

      They feed you once a week they'll buy you lunch but watch the Flies. Great co-workers and some great supervisors. Great place to start without ANY industrial/process/energy field experience. THEY BASCIALLY HIRE ANYONE! Great place to use as a launching pad, but quickly launch and get out!

      Cons

      NON-UNION!!! It's a trash plant, it reeks! There are rats everywhere! It smells! Dirty work. Extremely under staffed workers get burnt out hence why they will hire anyone as long as you are willing to do the dirty work day after day for 12 hours 7 days a week. Which most people don't mind but will eventually burn out. This site is always hiring a constant rotating door of new hires. Back plant operator or ash house work pays around $23, 24 very low considering hazards breathing in lots of lead, mercury and possibility of being contaminated with hepatitis. Nostrils will be filled with dust even when using a mask.
