Pros
The employees work hard and support one another for the most part. Other than that, I don't really have anything positive to say.
Cons
The budget is worth more than safety. None of the manuals were up to date, so it was very hard for a new supervisor to learn the systems. I wasn't allowed to call someone in on weekends in order to not pay overtime, yet I would get harassed if I didn't get enough work done for the day. Also, the work spaces are covered in ash and dust that you are constantly breathing in. They say it's safe, but seeing how little management cares for their employees, I don't believe that one bit. I eventually quit because the place became so dangerous that I decided I was not going to be the one that orders my operators to do something dangerous and hurt themselves.
