Good salary compensation but low per hour pay.

Cons

Expect you to work from 8:30am to 10:30pm with a few dinner and lunch breaks Very concerned about money and profits Little regards for family life When I almost got into a serious car accident and wanted to take a day off for stress, I told my manager "I'm a good employee because I still met their accounting month-end deadline, my manager said "how is that supposed to be a good employee?"
