Pros
The company is growing quickly. Low stress environment. Good middle/low level management. High competence on operational level.
Cons
Sterile office environment. Company is extremely cheap in certain regards and has a lot of silly bureaucratic policies that end up wasting a lot of time and money. Engineers are managed by businessmen who create large sweeping directives, often without an understanding of how they can realistically be applied. Politics maneuvering leads to promotion more often than competence.
