      - companies going through a lot of re-orgs & changes right now - great people, very helpful - opportunity for growth & learning - good work/life balance focus

      Cons

      - companies going through a lot of re-orgs & changes right now - promoting people who have received multiple behavioral complaints - not a lot of diversity, 70% male, 60% white male ("boys club") - hard to accomplish thing sometimes, poor strategy within the company

      Everything about this company is great, not a single thing would cause me to want to leave this company. I love Covanta!

      There are no cons! They have been wonderful throughout the pandemic and understanding as well as offering a good work environment remotely.

      Pros

      Learned a lot about waste to energy boiler inspections.

      Cons

      Management very forward about how little they value subordinates and contractors. No worklife [all work & seldom home] balance. A job not a career. Salary [40hr] for a regular 80+ hour work week. For the annual hours worked [over 18+ years] it was comparable to that of a 50year job. Management has no appreciation for the employees [and especially not their families] generating the company revenue. EVP, SVP, & VP ratio to revenue generating employees [just take a look and you decide].
