      Pros

      I have a great sense of pride working for a company that is actively participating in a more sustainable world. The company has a great appreciation for innovation. I have been with the company for 18 years and intend to be here another 25-30.

      Cons

      Hours can be long at times but you are well compensated for it.

      Pros

      Reworld has built a very strong leadership team including CEO, ELT, Regional Presidents and the Region Leadership Teams. They are driving significant positive change and growth and creating a vision of how our organization can improve the world. The team is strengthening communication, process, and transparency. It's a really fun time to join the organization and be a part of the change.

      Cons

      As a functional support team member, we are still working on process maturity and standardization. But if you like to make improvements and have autonomy in your work, this is a great place to make an impact!
