We recognize that working in the sustainable waste solutions industry is not for everyone – it is challenging, but very meaningful work. Each team member at Reworld™ is helping contribute to our vision to reimagine a better world where we turn waste from a refuse into a resource. That’s powerful. And yes, it can be dirty too – but we have many policies, procedures and controls in place to ensure the health and safety of our employees at all times.

Pros

Currently nonexistent in Covanta’s present atmosphere

Cons

Disorganized processes and a high turnover rate often results decreased productivity, inefficiency, and increased costs associated with recruiting and training new employees. The lack of structure leads to errors, missed deadlines, and poor communication, negatively impacting the overall quality of services. Employee morale tends to suffer, hindering teamwork and innovation. Additionally, a revolving door of staff disrupts institutional knowledge, making it challenging to maintain consistent standards and long-term strategic goals. This combination of disorganization and high turnover can undermine the company's competitiveness and long-term sustainability.
