We understand how important proper compensation is to retain the best people, and Reworld™ is committed to remaining in the forefront of this important area. Nothing is more important than the health and safety of our employees. Due to the nature of our work, frontline employees regularly rotate shifts to ensure adequate shift coverage and distribution. That being said, we are currently undergoing a shift optimization study to review our current shift schedules and identify potential alternative scheduling options.
