This is an amazing company to work for/with! Management is very understanding and engaged, pay is incredible and always being evaluated, coworkers and teammates are always friendly and willing to help. Benefits are amazing! Great for entry level or experienced personnel! Definitely a long term investment in yourself! I highly recommended!

The work that Covanta did to eliminate trash going to landfills was very exciting.

Cons

Culture was very toxic and the focus was on senior level not middle managers.
