Reworld has built a very strong leadership team including CEO, ELT, Regional Presidents and the Region Leadership Teams. They are driving significant positive change and growth and creating a vision of how our organization can improve the world. The team is strengthening communication, process, and transparency. It's a really fun time to join the organization and be a part of the change.

Cons

As a functional support team member, we are still working on process maturity and standardization. But if you like to make improvements and have autonomy in your work, this is a great place to make an impact!

I joined Rewold, previously known as Covanta, in November 2022. My experience with the company has been rewarding in many ways. My manager has been very helpful in ensuring I have the tools and resources to excel in my role. Being new to the waste industry has opened my eyes to the meaning of sustainability. My peers have been incredibly supportive, truly embodying the phrase, "teamwork makes the dream work." I don’t know what the future holds for me, but for now, Rewold feels like home.

Cons

As someone on the front line of safety, I would love to see more safety regionals in various locations.
