      Pros

      Was able to make patients feel special giving them unique car that I know other would not provide. Environment was good to work in most individuals were professional. Huge work load. Some nurses were lazy and didn't take the time to simply help out nursing assistants if nursing assistants were busy.

      Pros

      Great teamwork in my department! My coworkers are fabulous and always willing to help so that our patients feel they are #1

      Cons

      Recently we have had a lot of turn over to other locations. Same clinic just different location with a different manager. My coworker are leaving because of poor management. And many are looking for other jobs- some outside of UNC Rex

      Ok job, coworkers are nice and work as a team, job is very stressful and I never leave on time, raises are tiny

      Everyone is really nice, most people work together well and work hard, scheduling/staffing is organized, usually a srt/float nurse is available when needed

      Cons

      High stress/long hours, pay much lower than I made in other part of country even though cost of living is same
