      Pros

      My coworkers were wonderful. Departments that are still Rex are good. Benefits are good. The small parts of Rex that remains Rex are quality places

      Cons

      UNC culture is replacing Rex culture in many departments. UNC management is rigid, not open to change and suggestions, and militaristic. They just don't know how to manage people – it is all about processes and money. UNC processes are slow and inefficient. The people working for departments under UNC management are miserable.
